Our newest study, Silicon Ceiling 13, reports:
Fewer than two percent of black workers in West Virginia were in computer, engineering and
science fields, with less than one percent in computer occupations.
West Virginia had 7,300 black college and graduate students in 2006 of whom 31 were graduate
engineering and science students.
